The first step in designing a successful project is to gather information. Many things need to be taken into consideration when we design the look and feel of your website or graphic design, so I first ask a lot of questions to help me understand your business and your needs in a website.
Using the information gathered from phase one, I put together a plan for your design . Here we develop a plan and draft out areas of the design including any content areas. For websites we need to decide what technologies should be implemented – interactive forms, CMS (content management system) such as wordpress, etc.
Drawing from the information gathered up to this point, I determine the look and feel of the design. Target audience is one of the key factors taken into consideration here. I will also incorporate elements such as the company logo or colors to help strengthen the identity of your company.
This were the design itself is created. I will add your content and distribute it throughout the project, in the appropriate areas. During this time, you will continue to be able to view your design on the Gateway Account and suggest any changes or corrections you would like to have done.
For websites, I will run a series of test in all of the major modern browsers and operating systems. Once the final design of the website or graphic print is finalized by the client, it will be launch (if a website) or sent to the printers (graphic print).
Website development doesn’t necessarily end at launch. One way to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer new content or products on a regular basis. If this interests you, I will be more than happy to continue working together with you to update the information on your website. I offer maintenance packages at reduced rates, based on how often you anticipate making changes or additions to your site.
